Claiming your RSS.com podcast on Spotify for Creators is covered in Getting access to Spotify for Creators. Spotify sends a code to the email address in your RSS feed, which RSS.com hides by default. Open Settings, find Email Visibility and click Enable Email first. The address shows in your feed for 12 hours, so start the claim within that time.
