Every show on RSS.com gets a free podcast website at https://rss.com/podcasts/<your-show>/. It's built from your show's details and episodes, and it updates when you publish. To open yours, click Public Website on the My Podcast tab.
The address uses the URL you chose when you created your show, and it can't be changed.
What your website shows
- Your cover, title, author and categories, with an RSS feed button that copies your feed, and a Share button.
- An Episodes tab with your published episodes. Each episode has its own page with a player and its notes, plus its transcript, chapters and soundbites when it has them. On Max, video episodes play there too.
- An About tab with your show notes, and your location if you set one.
- A Listen on button with links to the apps and directories where your show is listed.
- A Website button when you add your own site, and a donation button when you add one under Monetization.
- A Voicemail button when voicemail is on, and a Recommendations tab when you add shows to your Podroll.
One design for every show
All podcast websites use the same light design, and there are no theme or color settings. What changes from show to show is your content: cover, title, notes and episodes.
What you can change
- Add a link to your own site under Settings → Custom Website. A Website button then appears on your page. See How to add your own website link to your podcast
- Send a domain you own to your page with a 301 redirect, set up at your domain registrar. People who type your domain land on your RSS.com page. See How to redirect your custom domain to your RSS.com podcast website.
- Edit your show's title, cover and notes in your dashboard, and the page follows.
Why Google may not show your website yet
We ask Google not to index podcast websites from accounts that haven't picked a plan yet, because those accounts aren't verified with a card. Once you pick any plan, Free included, your website can appear in search results. Free asks for a card to verify your account and never charges it. See The Free plan.
When your website shows up in results is up to Google.
